I went back outside in the afternoon and just laid on the grass and watched the clouds. Again there were more heart clouds and 2 clouds that were in the shape of an H and J--my little angel girls finger painting in the clouds!!!
I also bought little wind chimes to put in the angel tree. It was so beautiful and hearing them ringing in the wind made me so happy that I ran back to the store and bought 5 more wind chimes. I was so happy to find 2 different wind chimes that had a lady bug for Hope and a butterfly for Janessa. So now the angel tree is full of 10 wind chimes that have butterflies, dragon flies, frogs, and hummingbirds on them. It brought me such peace and joy when I was out there this afternoon enjoying the clouds and sunshine to hear those little wind chimes. Now the pinwheels spin as a way for our angel babies to move and be alive, and the wind chimes in the angel tree now give all of our angel babies a voice to speak in the wind. I absolutely LOVE it!!!

We tried to have a picnic dinner out by their memorial stones, but, we got rained out. We had to wait and wait and wait until 8:30 p.m. for the rain to slow down to a light sprinkle before we could go out and do our balloon release. I was disappointed because of the rain I wasn't able to use my paper heart luminaries that I had bought to make a huge lighted H in my front yard. Instead I took out my small plastic candles and made a rainbow in front of the pinwheels and put a few of the luminaries inside in the windows.

I'm grateful for the peace and joy I felt on Hope Abigail's 2nd Angel birthday. Grateful for the emails, face book notes, pictures of Hope's name, and cards I received. It means the world to me to have people remember her and to recognize my grief for her. I enjoyed the small and simple things we did to remember her like planting flowers, watching the sunrise, making chalk drawings, releasing balloons, lighting candles, and eating rainbow sherbet ice cream. I had a harder time this year wearing the 10 yellow shirts 10 days before her birthday. Yellow is such a happy and cheerful color and the 10 days before her angel birthday I feel anything but happy--may have to change that tradition for next year. Maybe I'll just get 10 pairs of yellow socks and wear them instead. Grateful I have endured both Janessa and Hope's angel birthdays this year and that I don't have to face their angel birthdays again for another year!!!
